After receiving her B.S. In Interior Design from Radford University, Kaylan began working for J. Jilich Design & Associates as the Assistant Designer. Promoted in early 2008 to Project Manager, Kaylan's enthusiasm and passion for her work add an unparalleled style to her designs. Kaylan's professionalism is displayed in her daily interactions with clients, professional associates and sales people. She is actively involved with ASID Carolinas and is currently serving the chapter as Membership Director. Kaylan is studying to sit for the NCIDQ exam in the Spring of 2009.
